Class Description

Bring the younger sweeties in your life to this multi-activity workshop filled with cookie decorating, love bug crafting and fun games! This is a You + Me style workshop where you and your partner get to decorate your own sets of cookies, but individual add-on tickets for $32.00 per person are also available if you would like to bring the whole family or come as a group! CLASS DETAILS: Location: Bearwood Event Barn | 5901 County Rd 105 NW, Byron, MN 55920 Date & Time: Saturday, February 4th, 2023 from 2:00-4:00pm YOUR TICKET INCLUDES: • 2 Place settings and cookie kits for both guests to decorate their own set of 3 cookies • Step-by-step instructions on how to decorate your cookies with royal icing • 1 Box/tray to take home your decorated cookies • 2 Decorated cookie gifts by Makay Sweets • Supplies to make your own Love Bug craft • Access to games and prizes ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ▸ Ticket price includes 1 adult over the age of 18 and another participant of any age (5 years and older recommended). ▸ Limited take-home kits for $20.00 with all of the materials provided to re-create the 2 sets of Love Bug cookies will be available at the end of the workshop. Please indicate if you are interested in purchasing a kit at checkout. ▸ All attendees must have a paid registration. Due to space limitations and pace of instruction, we ask that non-participating observers do not attend. ▸ Tickets are not available on the day-of the class due to preparation purposes. ▸ Makay Sweets Home Bakery is a registered cottage food producer by the state of Minnesota and is not subject to state inspection. Your cookies will be made in a shared kitchen that is not free of any allergens, including gluten, soy, dairy, wheat and nuts.   CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to planning, preparation and venue fees, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to future classes. If you are unable to make the class, there are two great options for you to choose from. 1. You may still pick up your kit the day of the class, or up to 2 days after the class. A powerpoint will be provided to all ticket holders that can be used to complete the class at home at your convenience. 2. You may transfer your seat to someone else simply by emailing Kandice at makaysweets@gmail.com with the name of the new attendee. In the event that the class would need to be cancelled due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, your ticket may be transferred to a different class at a future date.
