Holiday Workshop - Vendor Ticket
Class Description
Join Makay Sweets as a vendor at the Bearwood Event Barn for a one-of-a-kind cookie decorating class and shopping event on Saturday, November 19th from 6-9pm! Please choose between the 2 vendor ticket options below. 1.) Vendor and Workshop Ticket - $45.00 - Vendor participates in the Cookie Workshop and gets to enjoy light apps and 1 drink ticket from Empire Events Catering, plus a custom cookie by Makay Sweets. 2.) Vendor Ticket Only - $25.00 - Vendor does not partake in the Cookie Workshop but will get to enjoy light apps and get 1 drink ticket from Empire Events Catering. *Use code HOLIDAYVENDOR22 at checkout to get your ticket for $25.00. For either ticket option, the Vendor also agrees to: • Provide one swag bag item per attendee. Either a physical product or a coupon/discount for attendees to use at a later date for approx. 40 guests. (A final guest count will be provided to all vendors by November 15th, 2022 and a delivery date of the swag bag items needs to be arranged at that time. All items need to be dropped off to Kandice with Makay Sweets by Thursday, November 17th, 2022.) • Arrive between 4-5pm the night of the event and have your space set up by 5:30pm before guests arrive. Bearwood Event Barn will provide one 6 foot table for you. • Be ready for guests to shop your merchandise from about 7:30 - 8:15pm. • Consider donating one item to the raffle drawing at the end of the night. • Teardown must not occur before 9:00pm and all vendor spaces must be left free of litter and trash. CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to planning, preparation and venue fees, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to make the event. If you purchase a Vendor and Workshop Ticket, you may still pick up your cookie kit the day of the class, or up to 2 days after the class. A powerpoint will be sent to your email that can be used to complete the class at home at your convenience. In the event that the class would need to be cancelled due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances, either vendor ticket may be transferred to a different workshop at a future date.
